Located at the end of a dead end street and constructed in 1923, 2145-2159 Sacramento Street is a 23,785 square foot one story brick, post-and-beam building originally built along a San Pedro Railroad spur, and had many uses including egg distribution and ice manufacturing. Acquired in 2014, The Borman Group’s vision was to reposition the asset into one creative office campus by assembling adjacent properties. 2145-2159 Sacramento Street was the phase one build out of such a campus. Construction included upgrading the building’s power, mechanical systems and seismic standards to City Code and transforming the historic era building into a highly functional yet simple environment. The current tenant occupies the entire creative office campus and is an innovative transportation technology company.
